Meredith and Turner are awesome and super knowledgeable. We did a weekly group session with 4 girls, got in our exercise and got to catch up at the same time ????????They made adjustments and corrections when needed to ensure we all had the correct form and modified for any type of injuries we came in with (we are aging????) Feeling stronger each week. I would highly recommend!
