EMS technology is truly life changing. At 65, I’ve had a year filled with surgery and injury recovery. EMS accelerated my healing, kick started my fitness program and helped me lose 10 pounds in two months. While the technology is amazing, my instructor, Meredith, made it all happen. Her attention to my needs, focus on my form and encouragement to push thru the sessions made all the difference. She is irreplaceable! Currently at 2 sessions per week, I’m making fabulous progress…and feel the best I have in years! I highly recommend Meredith and EMS Denver!

A friend in Houston referred me to Meredith to try EMS and I could not have had a better experience. In my personal workout regime, I like to mix it up between variations strength and cardio. With EMS I was able to challenge my body in ways I didn’t know were possible. One of my favorite parts was learning about Meredith’s background as a personal trainer — she was extremely knowledgeable and very mindful of my previous injuries.
