Great experience and workout.

Excellent facility and the knowledge of the trainers and how to work with slightly older people was excellent. I felt safe and its the results that keep me coming back. I dont have a lot of valuable time and this workout gives me the most bang for my buck and is better than anything I ever did in a gym-even with trainers...and all in 20 minutes.
